Traditional Castor Oil goes through a long process, including:
– Slightly roasting the castor beans
– Handpounding the roasted beans
– Boil them in water
– Separating the oil from the water
Only when the oil is extracted in this way, it will be safe for internal use. That is why most of the available castor oil is for external use only.
